“Mark was flexible and prompt about setting up an appointment to discuss the job; he was creative about finding a cost effective solution to getting us the power we wanted at the far end of the garden. He was flexible about fixing a date for the work, turned up when he said he would, completed the work as agreed and left the place clean and tidy once he’d finished – all without requiring any deposit or part payment up front. The bill duly arrived, followed a few days later by the part p certificate – and as totally happy customers we duly paid 100% of the agreed fee.”
