“Got Mark’s initial details through a third party and have been thankful for that recommendation ever since. I contacted Mark and he returned my call shortly afterwards. We then arranged a date to install / replace my electric shower the following week. He arrived promptly and the service was good. The invoice was very reasonable. I didn’t feel I was being ripped off and Mark’s advice regarding getting a replacement shower was very useful.”
