In response to a marked increase in customers asking for an Electrical Installation Condition Report (sometimes called “Periodical Inspection” or “Periodical Testing”); I have added example documents to the Links and Docs section of the WEB site. This way prospective customers can see what is involved, the extent of the report and what they can expect to receive on completion.

It seems a number of these requests are being instigated by Surveyors acting on behalf of prospective house buyers – a good practice I feel and hopefully it will become the norm.
